Lemon Parsley Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    cooked rice or noodles (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together beef, parsley, bread crumbs, onion, milk, salt, pepper, thyme and lemon peel.
    Shape into 1 1/2 to 2-inch meat balls and brown on all sides in hot oil.
    Add 1 cup water; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
