Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. shrimp (raw)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp. wine
oregano (dash)
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. parsley
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. olive oil
linguine or rice
Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients except shrimp.
Pour mixture over shrimp; cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Place shrimp and liquid in shallow pan and bake at 500\u00b0 until shrimp are pink. Do not overbake, this does not take very long to cook.
Serve over linguine or rice.
