Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salmon
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. chopped pepper
    1 tsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Remove bones from salmon and shred finely.
    Add egg, chopped pepper, onion and parsley.
    Shape into patties and roll into cracker crumbs.
    Fry in greased, preheated frypan; turn when brown.
