Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Stouffer's frozen spinach souffle
    2 lb. large mushrooms
    1 c. grated Jack cheese
    2 green onions, chopped fine
    Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 to 2 lb. sausage, fried and rinsed with water to remove fat
Preparation
    Thaw spinach souffle.
    Remove stems and clean mushrooms.
    Mix souffle with Jack cheese and green onions and sausage.
    Stuff the mushrooms with spinach mixture.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
