Italian Market Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Success rice, prepared
    2 (5 oz.) cans Hormel chunk ham, drained and flaked
    2 c. diced Mozzarella cheese
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives (optional)
    1/2 c. lite Italian dressing
    1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
    2 oz. sliced pepperoni
    2 green onions, sliced
Preparation
    In bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
    Serves 6 to 8.
