Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (1 lb.) sauerkraut, drained
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. sliced turkey
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
    1 pkg. corned beef
    1 loaf rye bread
Preparation
    Marinate sauerkraut and mayonnaise 30 minutes. Arrange pieces of turkey, Swiss cheese and corned beef on 6 buttered slices of rye bread.
    Spread 1/3 marinated sauerkraut on each slice of bread.
    Top with bread slice; cut into halves.
    Serves 6.
