Cabbage Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 large can (32 oz.) tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 large cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. sugar (optional)
1 Tbsp. Nature's Seasonings or Mrs. Dash, etc.
1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans
hot sauce (if desired)
Preparation

Brown beef or turkey.
Drain well.
Put into large pot or slow cooker.
Add tomatoes, onion, pepper, cabbage and seasonings.
Add water to cover vegetables.
Simmer until cabbage is tender.
Add kidney beans, undrained
