Spiced Mocha Coffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. freshly ground coffee
    3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    2 cinnamon sticks, crushed and broken into small pieces
    1 vanilla bean, minced fine
    1 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients; stir it to mix and transfer to an airtight container.
    For each cup of coffee, use 3 tablespoons of the blend.
    Makes 10 cups.
    Store in cool, dry place.
