Squash Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium yellow squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. oleo, divided
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender in small amount of water. Drain.
    Add bread crumbs, cheese, egg, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons oleo.
    Spoon into greased casserole dish.
    Top with bread crumbs and dot with 2 tablespoons oleo.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until brown.
    Serves 4.
