Lemon Basil Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. dried basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, about 1 lb.
Preparation

Combine oil and next 7 ingredients in shallow baking dish. Add chicken, turning once to coat both sides.
Refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes, turning once.
Prepare charcoal for grilling, or heat broiler.
Grill or broil chicken 4 inches from heat, turning once, 3 to 5 minutes other side or until completely cooked through.
Makes 4 servings.
