Marie'S Lemon Butter Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
1/2 c. margarine, melted
2 lemons
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
-
Rub chicken with lemon.
Mix margarine, juice of one lemon and garlic salt.
Pour over chicken and bake.
Baste occasionally. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 4 to 6.
