Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1 small onion, diced
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
3 c. cooked potatoes
celery seed
Preparation

Fry bacon.
Brown onion in bacon grease; add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
Heat to boiling point and pour over beaten eggs.
Add to potatoes.
Serves 4.
