Easy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Johnson's graham cracker crusts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Mix together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg and sour cream.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Shut oven off and let cheese cake stay in oven for 1 hour.
Do not open oven to check on it.
Remove after 1 hour and place in refrigerator.
Some fruit topping can be added at serving time.
