Five Spice Chicken Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 beaten egg whites
    3 Tbsp. seasoned fine bread crumbs
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. nonfat mayonnaise
    lettuce leaves
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. 5 spice powder (salt, pepper, paprika, oregano and thyme)
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    1 lb. ground raw chicken
    4 kaiser rolls or hamburger buns, split and toasted
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, catsup, lemon juice and spices.
    Reserve 1 tablespoon of mixture.
    Combine remaining soy mixture, egg whites, bread crumbs, onions, garlic and salt.
    Add ground chicken.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 4 (3/4-inch) patties.
    Preheat broiler.
    Place patties on the ungreased, unheated rack of broiler pan.
    Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes.
    Turn patties; broil 6 to 8 minutes more until no longer pink in middle.
    Combine reserved soy mixture and mayo.
    Serve patties in buns with lettuce leaves.
    Top with seasoned mayonnaise.
    Makes 4 servings.
