Yum-Yum Balls(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. natural peanut butter
    2 c. unsweetened shredded coconut
    1/4 c. cashews, chopped
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/2 c. dates, chopped
    1/2 c. raw sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. honey
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and refrigerate until firm.
    Store in closed container in refrigerator.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
