Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 can corn
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. cheese
    3 jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Mix first 9 ingredients well.
    Pour in hot well greased iron skillet.
    Pour 1/2 of mixture in, then sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese and peppers.
    Pour in remainder of mixture and add remainder of cheese and peppers.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
