Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. thick applesauce
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts or raisins
Preparation

Cream butter and add sugar; cream until light.\tAdd egg; beat well.
Toss flour with cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Add flour and applesauce to butter mixture alternately.
Toss nuts and raisins with 2 tablespoons flour.
Fold into batter.
Bake in a greased and floured 9-inch tube pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
