Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in blender.
    Cover; switch on motor for just a few seconds.
    Uncover and add gradually with motor running 1 1/2 cups salad oil (less if mixture thickens quickly).
    Blend only until very thick and smooth.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes about a pint.
