Vidalia Sweet Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
5 oz. evaporated milk
4 large Vidalia onions
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn or Colby cheese
3 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
-
Peel and wash onions; cut into chunks.
Boil until tender. Drain off water.
Melt stick of butter in onions and saute for 3 minutes.
Set aside.
