Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars baby food strained pears
    1 (3 oz.) box lime gelatin
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. whipped cream or 8 oz. Cool Whip
    salad greens
Preparation
    Heat 1 cup water; pour over gelatin.
    Stir to dissolve.
    Beat cheese with milk until smooth and blended.
    Gradually beat in hot gelatin.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Fold in pears and cream. Chill in a 1 1/2-quart mold.
    Unmold on greens.
