Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. red food coloring
    1 oz. water
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix food coloring, water and cocoa.
    Mix eggs, sugar, buttermilk, oil, vanilla and vinegar.
    Add cocoa mixture, mixing well.
    Add flour and soda; mix well.
    Pour into 2 buttered and floured 9-inch baking pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
