Famous Sweet Potato Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy pie crust mix
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 stick margarine
    3 medium sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
Preparation
    Mix pie crust mix according to directions on box.
    Roll out dough.
    Cut 1/2 of the dough into strips; put around side of Pyrex dish and across bottom of dish.
    Cook potatoes until done; leave covered with juice.
    Add margarine and sugar to this.
    Pour this over crust in dish.
    Cut remaining dough into strips; crisscross over filling.
    Slice some butter on top crust; sprinkle with white and brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes, or until brown.
