Rumaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1 lb. bacon
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Wrap a slice of bacon around each water chestnut and secure with toothpick.
    Place in a shallow pan.
    Mix soy sauce and brown sugar.
    Pour over water chestnuts and marinate for 1 hour.
    Broil in oven until bacon is cooked.
    You will need to turn the water chestnuts so that all sides of the bacon cook.
    Serve at once.
