Spinach Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 c. frozen spinach
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. American cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    Bac*Os
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Add onion and spinach (finely chopped), butter and American cheese.
    Pour into a buttered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Top with Bac*Os and grated Parmesan cheese.
