Rice Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small onions, chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 c. white dinner wine
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. snipped parsley
    2 c. shedded Swiss cheese
    2 c. cooked brown rice
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in butter until tender.
    Combine milk, wine, eggs and salt.
    Mix with sauteed vegetables and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle with extra chopped parsley or paprika.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes or until browned.
    Yield:
    4 to 6 servings.
