Beef And Kraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/3 c. uncooked rice
    1 jar canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 jar home canned or 8 oz. can sauerkraut
    1 onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion together.
    Add tomatoes, rice, spices and water.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Place sauerkraut on top of beef mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes a large casserole.
