Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes (about 4 c. sliced)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 tsp. butter substitute
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes.
    Without peeling, cut into 1/4-inch slices. Layer in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick coating.
    Sprinkle each layer with butter substitute, pepper, onion and flour.
    Pour milk over top.
    Cook in microwave or conventional oven.
