New Year'S Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans black-eyed peas or cook your own
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 c. chopped celery
    3 to 5 chopped carrots
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    4 cans canned bouillon
    1 lb. sliced German or Polish sausage
Preparation
    Cook onion, celery and carrots in minimum water until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
