Mrs. Jaque Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 large onions, cut fine
    4 pkg. Lipton's chicken noodle soup, dry
    2 lb. link sausage, cut up
    2 cans water chestnuts, sliced
    6 c. boiling water
    1 green pepper, cut fine
    3 c. celery, cut fine
Preparation
    Cut up sausage and fry.
    Remove meat and add chopped vegetables and half cook.
    Add rice and pour over meat.
    Add water chestnuts and vegetables.
    In another bowl put 4 packages soup mix, add boiling water; mix well.
    Pour over meat and vegetables.
    Let stand until cool.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
