Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. dates, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Blend in sugar, flour and oil.
Add flavoring, salt and soda.
To this, add pecans and raw apples. Bake in a tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
