No Crust Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. pumpkin
    1 pkg. Butter Buds
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. pumpkin spice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 can skimmed evaporated milk
Preparation
    Put everything in blender until mixed.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie plate that has been sprayed with Mazola oil spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
