Taffy Apple Salad(Makes 8-10 Servings.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
    1 egg
    12 oz. Cool Whip
    3/4 oz. Spanish Peanuts
    1 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 large apples, chopped and unpeeled
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Separate pineapple juice and crushed pineapple (don't throw out juice).
    Combine drained pineapple and marshmallows. Refrigerate overnite.
    Beat pineapple juice, egg, flour, vinegar & sugar.
    Heat until thick, stirring (takes a while).
    Refrigerate overnite. Next day, mix sauce & cool whip.
    Add peanuts, marshmallow mix & apples, stir.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
