Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Knead sausage, cheese and biscuit mix.
    Roll in balls.
    Put on a cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
