Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh wedge Parmesan cheese (2 c. grated)
    1 small container (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 cube unsalted butter
Preparation
    Melt the butter on low with garlic, medium heat.
    Pour in cream; melt.
    Add cheese; melt.
    Serve over fettuccine or tortellini.
    Makes 4 to 6 (1-cup) servings.
