Easy Baked Sweet-Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut to serving pieces
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
    Arrange chicken, skin down, in greased shallow baking dish.
    Combine oil, honey, lemon juice, paprika and mustard in small bowl; baste chicken with sauce.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken and brush with sauce.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
