Herb Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, quartered
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. rosemary
1 Tbsp. Italian herb seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Place chicken in shallow pan.
Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 325\u00b0, turning once after 15 minutes.
Baste occasionally, turn skin side up.
Cover and bake 30 minutes more or until tender.
Also good with skinless chicken.
