Hamburger Casserole Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion
    1 lb. grated cheese
    5 large potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Durkee onion rings
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Boil potatoes, peel and slice.
    Thin the soup with 1 can of milk.
    Add in layers: first potatoes, then meat, cheese, onion rings and soup.
    Make 3 layers in all, ending with onion rings.
    Warm at 350\u00b0 until cheese bubbles.
