Spinach Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. sliced green onions (with green tops)
    1/2 c. crumbled, crisply cooked bacon (7 to 8 pieces)
    1/2 lb. fresh spinach, washed and torn into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Prepare long grain and wild rice according to package directions.
    Refrigerate.
    Prepare salad dressing according to package directions.
    Add soy sauce and sugar to prepared Italian dressing; shake to mix thoroughly.
