Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins or currants
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Note:
    Add a dash of vinegar to the sour cream.
