Beer Batter Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

small fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. beer
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
Preparation

Wash and dry mushrooms.
Heat oil in deep fat fryer (2 to 3-inches) at 375\u00b0.
Beat egg white until stiff.
Combine melted butter, egg yolks and remaining ingredients.
Beat until smooth. Fold egg whites into mixture.
Dip each mushroom into batter, letting excess drip into bowl.
Fry a few mushrooms at a time in hot oil until golden brown.
