Nana'S Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bag bread cubes
    1 large bowl mashed potatoes
    3 to 4 onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. water
    2 or 3 raw eggs
    fresh chopped parsley
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Place bread cubes in 13 x 9-inch pan and dot with butter. Brown in oven until golden.
    Brown onions in butter or margarine. Add celery and cook until tender.
    Add 1/2 cup water, simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add all ingredients to potatoes; add 2 or 3 raw eggs, parsley, salt and pepper to taste and 1 cup hot milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through and golden brown on top.
    If turkey broth is available, pour a small amount on top to flavor before baking.
