Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lean ground beef
    22 oz. can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    10 oz. grated Mozzarella
    1 large onion
    12 oz. can tomato paste
    1 tsp. fennel seed
    2 minced cloves garlic
    8 oz. whole wheat lasagna noodles (uncooked)
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, onion (chopped) and spices.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Layer lasagna noodles in 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Top with 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2 sauce.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake additional 15 minutes.
    Let set several minutes before serving.
