French Picnic Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. cooked ham, diced 1/4-inch
    3 c. soft bread crumbs
    3 large eggs
    2/3 c. ketchup
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. ground thyme
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    watercress (for garnish)
    French bread
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except watercress and French bread in large bowl; mix well.
    Shape into loaf in rectangular baking pan. Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven until meat thermometer inserted into center registers 170\u00b0, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool on wire rack; refrigerate until cold.
    Garnish with watercress; serve with French bread.
