Meringue Chip Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

In a small bowl beat egg whites with cream of tartar and salt until soft peaks form.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Add vanilla.
Fold in chocolate chips. Preheat oven to 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Turn oven off and put cookies in oven overnight.
