Chicken With Lots Of Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
    oil (for frying)
    30 to 40 cloves garlic, peeled
    parsley
    thyme
    sage
    rosemary
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Dredge chicken pieces in seasoned flour. Fry, browning on all sides.
    Meanwhile, place all but one garlic clove in a heavy Dutch oven.
    Place browned chicken over garlic.
    Sprinkle liberally with parsley, thyme, sage, rosemary, salt and pepper.
    Place the remaining garlic clove in a small pan with the butter and simmer to melt.
    Pour the garlic butter over the chicken.
    Cover the Dutch oven.
