Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour or 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 (1 oz.) sq. baking chocolate
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    3 slightly beaten egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) pastry pie shell
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine sugar, flour and salt.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Add chopped up chocolate squares.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens.
    Cook 2 minutes longer.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir small amounts of hot mixture into yolks.
    Return to hot mixture.
    Cook 2 minutes more, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Cool and pour into baked pastry shell.
    Add meringue and bake until golden brown.
