Chicken Fruit Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pineapple
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 c. sliced celery (angle cut)
    3 kiwi, pared and sliced
    1 large papaya, pared, seeded and cubed
    2 oranges, pared and sectioned
    1 c. watermelon balls
    1 banana, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. Macadamia nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Slice pineapple in half through fruit and leaves lengthwise (top to bottom).
    Scoop out pineapple and cut fruit into 1-inch chunks.
    Drain; combine fruit and chicken.
    Toss lightly with dressing and chill.
    Spoon into pineapple shells.
    Sprinkle top with nuts and serve.
