Pistachio-Coconut Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 1/3 c. coconut
    1 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding
Preparation
    Combine sour cream and pudding mix.
    Add coconut and pineapple and stir until blended.
    Put into mold and freeze.
    Dip in warm water and unmold onto serving plate.
