Spinach Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. or more garlic
1 pkg. cornbread muffin mix
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake in oiled and heated iron skillet at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
