Chicken A La Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. chili powder
    4 chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. shredded orange peel
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 orange, sectioned
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine flour with chili powder.
    Coat chicken.
    In 10-inch skillet, over medium-high heat, cook chicken until brown on all sides in butter.
    Stir in remaining flour mixture, orange peel, orange juice, sugar and salt.
    Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Add orange sections and heat.
    Serves four.
